Unlike large institutional funds that require investment minimums of approximately €10 million of capital, the Fund provides investors with access to a professionally managed hospitality investment vehicle on a no-load, wholesale basis.</p>

<p>The fund has received authorization from the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) for a subscription of 50 million Euros with a 10-year term to provide high-net-worth individuals, sophisticated investors, corporations, small pension funds, and multi-family offices with access to a professionally managed private equity fund that focuses on growth strategies aligned with capital protection. In view of its conservative composition, the Fund has also been approved for retail investors.</p>
<p>The strategy prioritizes investing in companies in the tourism and hospitality sectors. The fund aims to support companies that intend to develop new hospitality projects operating under tier-1 brands, each with at least 200 rooms.</p>
<p>The Fund&#8217;s overall purpose is to enhance the value of invested capital and generate gains from the acquisition, holding, development, and subsequent sale of equity and debt instruments, benefiting from their appreciation. The Fund&#8217;s composition will adhere to applicable laws and regulations, encompassing investments in companies&#8217; equity, supplementary capital, supplies, and obligations, as well as credits, concessions of credit, or provision of guarantees to subsidiaries.</p>
<p>Private investors find the market for these assets difficult to access. The Operating Principals, however, have extensive experience with this market. The goal of the Fund is to return all capital plus an estimated internal rate of return ( IRR )of 11% on that capital by the time the Fund is liquidated.</p>
